Premier Radiology Services has acquired National Radiology Solutions (NRAD), further extending its national presence in outpatient-focused teleradiology.
The Deerfield Beach, Florida-based company says the deal enhances its clinical capabilities and adds depth to its network of subspecialty radiologists.
NRAD, founded by industry veteran Robb Kolb, is known for its board-certified U.S.-based radiologists and operational support team. As part of the acquisition, Kolb and his team will join Premier, contributing to both clinical and administrative operations.

Premier CEO Andy Copilevitz described the acquisition as a strategic move to strengthen its service platform. “Welcoming the NRAD team marks another important milestone for Premier, and meaningfully expands the scale and capabilities of our platform,” Copilevitz said in a statement. “Together, we will empower radiologists to practice with greater autonomy while continuing to elevate the quality of patient care.”
Premier has grown steadily through a series of acquisitions. The company added NationalRad in 2024 and MetisMD in 2025, expanding its subspecialty offerings in areas such as musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology, and women’s health. It now interprets more than three million studies annually through a network of over 165 fellowship-trained radiologists.
Kolb said the transaction aligns with NRAD’s long-standing mission to provide more personal and collaborative teleradiology services. “I have always envisioned teleradiology as more than a digital transaction — it should be a meaningful, personal interaction that elevates the standard of care,” he said.
Premier indicated that the integration will focus on blending the operational strengths and clinical best practices of both organizations, aiming to improve service speed, accuracy, and access across its network of providers.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
