Los Angeles, CA – (April 13, 2015) MedInformatix, an innovator in Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) and Electronic Health Records (EHR), and an established technology brand known for providing real-time real-impact data and workflow solutions to the healthcare industry, announced today the launch of the MedInformatix Ambulatory Client Advisory Board. The board, comprised of representatives from the MedInformatix client community, as well as other industry leaders, will advise MedInformatix leadership and product development teams on customer service initiatives, opportunities for new product enhancements and other client-facing matters.

MedInformatix first launched its client advisory board initiative in 2013, represented by members of the company’s extensive radiology customer base. Members of that group include physicians, CEO’s, CIO’s and administrators, who have met regularly to discuss EPM and EHR trends and how they are impacting the practice of radiology, as well as general topics and opportunities for ongoing collaboration with MedInformatix. It is expected, the ambulatory board will follow a similar model.

“Our client advisory boards have exceeded our own expectations,” said Pat McGonigle, president of MedInformatix. “When we first launched the concept we hoped they would be a good resource to strengthen the connections we have with our clients. Not only has this occurred, but the boards have become a valuable component to the product development and customer service delivery of our company.”
