Joining forces, My InnerView, a leading provider for quality solutions for senior care and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (UW-Eau Claire) announced their new My SeniorCare Edvantage Program. The online program offers a health management certificate that incorporates practical applications of a senior care business with the needs and preferences of senior customers.

With the objective to assist healthcare professionals to strengthen leadership and entrepreneurial skills while better caring for and serving residents, Neil Gulsvig, President, My InnerView explained, "Our goal is to deliver a program that brings high quality, cost effective education to senior care professionals so that individuals and organizations as a whole can better serve residents and their families."

The program covers topics on person-focused care, evidence-based quality, data management, finance, human resources, marketing, laws and regulations and leadership. All courses are taught online by UW-Eau Claire faculty who consult with My InnerView leadership and staff. Eleven NAB-approved courses comprise the certification and the program will be available fall 2009.
