Head to Orlando in the fall and become immersed in the Healthcare Design '09 Conference, October 31- November 3, an event assuring insight toward successful outcomes for healthcare facilities. Be sure to experience the opening keynote address by renowned architect and designer Michael Graves, FAIA, on Sunday, November 1.

Since 1964, Graves' distinguished award-winning career evolved along a two-fold path: one specialized in architecture and interior design while the other involved product and graphic design. He has designed more than 350 buildings worldwide including the Walt Disney World Dolphin and Swan Hotels. However, Graves has notably served as a champion of healthcare design focusing on facilitating ease of caregiving with an artist's eye for objects and environments.

Additional keynote speakers include Blair L. Sadler, JD, President Emeritus of the Rady Children's Hospital and Health Center in San Diego; and Christine Malcom, SVP, Strategy, Marketing and Program Development at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago.
