The joint integration enables TruAsset users to view real-time and historical equipment location data from the TrueSpot AQFind RTLS platform directly within the TruAsset CMMS interface. Through a secure location API, staff can instantly see the precise current location of tagged medical equipment, as well as review recent location history. This reduces time spent searching for assets, improves workflow efficiency, supports utilization analysis and helps ensure timely patient care.
In addition, TrueSpot Health has implemented an inventory sync framework that imports asset records from TruAsset into the TrueSpot platform. This ensures accuracy across both systems and strengthens asset lifecycle management from deployment to retirement.
