por Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | June 04, 2025
Michael Needham
Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders.

Today I am joined by Michael Needham, principal at Efficio Consulting, one of the largest procurement consulting firms in the world, for an insightful conversation about healthcare spending and efficiency.

Michael has 20+ years of experience working across the pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical device development, healthcare services and CPG sectors, and his expertise lies in rapid value creation and turnaround for organizations in financial difficulty.
