Five Minutes in Healthcare - Benoit Scherrer

por Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | April 23, 2025
Benoit Scherrer
Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders.

Today I am joined by Benoit Scherrer, CEO of Quantivly, a company that is targeting efficiency in the imaging suite - but not in the way you're thinking. Rather than speed up exams, they are helping radiology departments service more patients by organizing fragmented operational data, and their software is already being used by hospitals including Boston Children’s and UCSF.

It is well known that AI is resolving some of the issues around scan interpretation workflow, but what gets overlooked is a new bottleneck concerning optimizing scanner utilization. Without the right operational data, many imaging facilities are left with scanners going unused despite patients waiting for exams.
