Attendees at these events specifically requested the addition of pellet and crosshair markers on the same radiolucent, elevated foam backing as the original RT-SPOT® Line marker. This unique elevated design ensures that the imaging portion of the marker remains outside the automatic body contour, significantly improving accuracy during the planning process.

However, traditional skin markers that lie flat on the skin are often included in the body outline during treatment planning, potentially leading to inaccurate dose calculations.
