ORLANDO, Fla., July 12, 2024 — Today, online education leader ImagingU announced the launch of CT Post-Primary Pathway, a new online course in Computed Tomography (CT) that fulfills the post-primary pathway requirements set forth by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for 2022 and beyond.
With a comprehensive curriculum, extensive suite of instructional videos, figures, analogies, and test prep, the course provides aspiring CT technologists everything they need to build a strong foundation of CT knowledge, pass the CT Registry Exam, and begin successful careers as CT technologists.
For universities and hospitals interested in more comprehensive CT education and training, the course can be paired with ScanLabCT, the revolutionary new CT simulator software from ImagingU’s sister company, ScanLab.
The simulator, which was released December 1, 2023, replicates the in-person scanning experience, helping students and technologists learn and develop their CT skills in a virtual environment. For educators and managers, ScanLabCT provides built-in assessment tools to quantitatively track students’ progress and identify areas for improvement.
“We’re excited to offer the CT community a bundled education and training package that is unlike anything on the market,” said Matthew Hayes, President and Creator of ImagingU. “The combination of the new CT didactic course and simulation software will more quickly and effectively train and cross train technologists into the field, ultimately enhancing patient care.”
