Solis Mammography has acquired Carolina Breast Imaging.
Solis Mammography, the largest provider of specialized breast health services in the U.S., has added three breast imaging centers to its North Carolina portfolio with the acquisition of Carolina Breast Imaging.
All three are based in Eastern North Carolina and have teams of fellowship-trained breast imaging specialists who perform screening, diagnostics, and research.
As part of the deal, Solis will equip them with more state-of-the-art imaging equipment, plus AI-based diagnostic tools and services to further boost their quality of care and give clinicians and patients access to next-generation innovations. It will also expand the reach of these services to additional communities in the state.
