The winner was announced during the American College of Clinical Engineering annual membership dinner held in Boston on June 17, 2007. Representatives from Texas Children's Hospital accepted a plaque honoring the accomplishment. Additionally, the winner will be featured in ECRI Institute's Health Devices journal and on the ECRI Institute Web site. A formal presentation will also be made by ECRI Institute staff at Texas Children's Hospital later this year.
