Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center announced in March 2012 the addition of a 16-slice Siemens Emotion CT scanner to its newly renovated radiology department.

This new patient-friendly scanner allows for fast, crystal clear images in an open, comfortable environment. System speed and reliability mean less time in the scanner and less time waiting for results.

Expanded imaging capabilities include the head, neck, chest, aorta, abdomen, pelvis, liver, urinary areas and extremities.
