Carestream Health said Tuesday it won a $45 million, two-year PACS contract with the federal government.
Under the DIN-PACS III (Digital Imaging Network/Picture Archiving and Communications System) contract, the Rochester, N.Y.-based company will supply PACS systems, subsystems and components to the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration, Indian Health Service and federal civilian agencies, Carestream said.

The contract lasts until April 27, 2013, with two option periods available.
