Mike Li, general manager for the Eastern Europe division of Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co. Ltd., met with DOTmed News at this year's ECR conference in Vienna, Austria. Li introduced the company's hand-carried ultrasound unit.

Li explains the growing trend of hand-carried units in the ultrasound field. Mindray's new device has color Doppler and a high-quality image screen, which Li describes as a "high-end product in this field."
