to Teach in South Africa
Jill E. Jacobs, MD, Radiologist from NYU's Langone Medical Center heads to South Africa this week to foster international relations among radiology societies and share her medical expertise. Her 10-day trip is sponsored by the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) as part of the International Visiting Professor Program, founded more than two decades ago.

Dr. Jacobs, currently associate professor of radiology and chief of cardiac imaging at Langone, and two fellow radiologists departed August 24. Plans include intensive presentations and seminars on the latest developments in diagnostic and therapeutic radiology given to hospital radiology departments and members of South African radiology societies.

Accompanying Dr. Jacobs are L. Santiago Medina, M.D., M.P.H., from Miami Children's Hospital, and Leanne L. Seeger, M.D., of the University of California, Los Angeles.
