Do not deal with this seller! Cheating! Half a year ago we ordered an injector for ct Medrad Stellant. 1. Sent a month late! 2. Sent not the one ordered, but much cheaper and in a terrible state! 3. He apologized for half a year and never changed it!
Marie Jones responded: Mr. Goriachyl, first of all we have never cheated anyone and will never intend to do so! your refund was submitted to our bank today so you will see the funds by early next week once funds received in your account please confirm to all of us and we will also make arrangements to have our injector picked up. We will not make up excuses and have always acted in the best way possible to accommodate and respond to our customers and will not stop now!

I am the chief accountant of Transservice Group. And my story is true. Initially, you sent us someone else's cargo. We were waiting for. And it had to be returned back to the United States. Then, when we began to demand our money - you sent false documents that you allegedly sent us our equipment again. But this number of the bill of lading did not exist!!! If you're so honest and decent,where's our money?
Marie Jones responded: We are uncertain who this person is in Transservice, but one thing we are certain about is that she has her whole story wrong! The system was delayed by the facility and we have prove of that, we offer them several similar equipment options available immediately which they didn't accept! then we proceeded in giving them a refund which their own bank apparently has on hold. At no time have we supplied any false documents, everything supplied has been from the bank and we have no control if OFAC or their bank has their funds held. Everyone that knows us in the business know that we always respond to all our calls and emails and are uncapable of what's been said here.
