Busqué ela reveladora en dotmed y me encontré con este proveedor, Richard Sanchez. En todo momento amable, siempre respondió a todas mis dudas y a todas mis llamadas, siempre con cortesía. Por cuestiones de logística el aparato tardó un poco en llegar, pero al fin llegó muy bien empacado, bienprotegido y como lo describió el proveedor. this company has sold tubes with defects, and they do not return the money we have reports of damaged pipes and emails with all the information they are not serious and they deceive the clients, without ever returning the money

We bought a Toshiba CXB-400 Helicool X-Ray Tube from this company back in 2017 (we dealt directly with Richard who speaks spanish). They sent us a part from a Siemens device (totally useless). They never sent the tube or reimburse our money. I have emails and documents that back up what I'm telling. I can send them upon request. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. TOTAL CROOKS.
