Company Statement: Universal Medical Resources, Incorporated was established in Washington, Missouri in January of 1996 with the mission of providing high quality, cost effective parts and services to the Nuclear Imaging community. The Company’s initial offerings were centered on ADAC (now Philips) cameras, with the Siemens and General Electric lines being added over time. In addition to becoming first a regional and then a national service provider, the Company has added camera refurbishment capabilities to cover all the lines serviced. To round out the Company’s offerings to the industry, UMRi has developed major competency in the areas of technical support, provided by fully qualified hardware, software and clinical specialists. Also, recently the Company became the sole distributor in the US for DDD-Diagnostic’s new family of nuclear imaging systems. Operating out of its own 24,000 square foot facility, the Company maintains a field service force throughout the country that is backed up by a home office staff devoted to ensuring the highest level of responsiveness for its customers.
