After performing a software factory reset to the voluson 730 pro, we got this message:
'The BT-option is not set. The machine will boot without using the ultrasound hardware. You can enter a valid option key here or later in Utilities/System Setup/Options.'
Where can I find this key?
hope to get some help here...

GE will provide you the key , its your right to get the key as you already paid for it when you purchased the machine . you can also find the key from hdd , but the issue is as its already been erased during the factory reset
FYI
Before doing any modification keep a note of the option key is mandatory
I have already restored the system from R: drive and every time we reach the point where it is asking for the BT-option is not set. The machine will boot without using the ultrasound hardware. You can enter a valid option key here or later in Utilities/System Setup/Options.'

You can find CD disk inside ultrosound. If you have not yku can buy ney key or make order from GE

can GE support provide me the old key if I send them the ultrasound machine ID?
