hi to all,
i have a servlog, that comes up when the systems compllete it's boot up, whe i try to enter to the service menu with the SHE psw. nothing happends, so itried v730, and i'm in, so i go to to service page and the first thing i notice there's no seriral number on the system serial number box, i go to the service viewer any way and it ask's for another password.
This is my problem to acces the service viewer, can anyone help with the 2 questions i have.
1.: Why does the box of the serial number on the service page is empty (and i cannot input the serial #)
2.- does any one know the pasword of the service viewer?
I appretiate any help. FYI is a V730 exp. BTO2:
