Urodynamic System software problem

I have an Urodynamic System Make Life Tech international Inc.USA, Model UROLAB System 6,installed on 06-04-2011 having problem that it's software is not working (opening) we restarted the system but problem not solved.
Then we formatted the system and tried to reload the software but it's asking for ACTIVATION CODE.
The Serialization code given in Software CD is Mention as 3F866A24DDC94.
So please help me to reload the software or how i can get activation key as life tech is Closed now.
