If you are hearing periodic clicks from laser engine-try to adjust EOS/SOS signals. if not, measure +5 on the backplane behind of the imager. if it is out of tollerance(the value must be 5.0-5.25), adjust +5 volts by variable resistor inside the power supply assy.

Hi I have a problem with this laser imager, everything looks to be ok but it stay in code 00 "initializing" any help would be appreciate
