I have a GE Stenoscop (not sure of vintage, not on site), that produces a "Service Log File full" error message when it boots up. I tried to access the service menu so I can clear out the file and I get a message "waiting for Connexion." I have downloaded a couple of the service PDF files and no where does it mention how to access the system files with a laptop. I will be onsite Monday the 17th of Nov 08 and would appreciate any info on how to clear this error. Unfortunatly this system is EOPL and GE will not bother with it.
Thanks
