We need to know the following:
1. The SN of the black phantom SN( It is on the bottom, a 5 digits number, the last must be 6,7 or 8)
2. The scan table length 180 or 240,
3. The version. In case that the version is erlier than 4.7e you also need the tools diskete to update the firmware.
4. Options like APspine, femur, Lateral Spine etc.
5. The S/N. The scan table S/N is ALLWAYS deferent from the software S/N but all the documentation refers to software S/N.

We warranty 100% that the system will work properly under the following coditions:
1. P/C with the correct comm2 port
2.MSDOS 6.0 or newer or Windows 95, 98, 98SE

We can preper a P/C for you with windows 95 (original). We will also test it. In that case the shipment cost will be much higher.

Daniel, We service these systems in Tampa. When I have computer problems (usually hard drive) I replace the hard drive with a ghosted copy of another systems drive. I then reinstall the software that came with the system. The software can be ordered from Lunar if you dont have it. All you need is the Lunar system ID (I.E. DQW7132). Lunar Charges about $1,200.00. The software will come in with whatever features were paid for by the original customer. When you load the software it will give you scan options femur, forearm, AP Spine, Etc. You first need a computer with 2 serial communications ports and a Pentium-II CPU. The hard drive needs to be 2-8GB with Windows 95 or 98 installed on it. I always put a second drive in my systems with a ghosted copy of everything on the second drive. If the hard drive crashes you just swap slave to master and restore their patient files from Zip disk backup. My number in FL. is 1-800-FIX-XRAY. Call me if I can help further! Good Luck!
