Yes it has tomo but they have not used tomo in a long time and this happens when elevating the table and seems to happen more often going down than up. It is not a crash sensor issue since those allow the table to move back up again.
Lift motor or lift motor pcb. The reason for the tomo is that you can not lift the table or lower it if the tomo is activated., table is flush with the frame for tomo. also the bucky center sw.
the toothed belt is the one that tracks the table bucky motion from left to right and center. The pot is more than likely going bad. there is a plate under the foot end of table you can remove to see the belt assy. There is a cal procedure for the bucky centering. set up the unit as if you were taking a tomo to center the bucky to the tower. log into the table using the service software and locate the cal for bucky. You will have to loosen the pot and rotate the gear until the audible beep sounds along with a '0' on the display. lock down the pot and your done.

table very randomly locks up. error log shows "toothed belt broken" there is no belt in this table. Any Ideas?
