Problems regarding the recognition of the probes.I need to enter the Administratio Access Service Level to get a test to identify the problem. It asks me User ID and Password. Is someone able to help me?

Antonio, The login that you are asking for changes every single day. There are ways around this, but you would need to know how to hyper terminal into the system.
