i have a problem with the system
it have a 6c2 transducer after a while when selecting the 6c2 probe system display error massage
"A hardware fault has occurred please call for service assistance"
after 2 days
when i power up the system with 6c2 connected it display the error massage any time i connect the probe the error massage displayed
i should remove it open system
i connect the probe to another seqouia machine it works well
any one can help????

do the other sequoia has the same software and pcb configuration? is it also a 512 or C512 share service? you may want to check the CN pcb and BF pcb rev in the system. Run diagnostics.

the main machine C512 share service and probes was working well till this error ocured
the other one 512 GI where the probe works well
