This is HV system problem (mostly)
(0) you can use a scu_diag application to determine what exactly is a problem (remember to change the 'diag' switch on RMS to allow scanning
Possible:
(1) HV spike. In this case inspect the HV connectors on the inverters and XRT. Clean up the plugs and check if there are do damage in the sockets. Reconnect with silicone oil
(2) One of the inverters. Use a 'scu_diag' to determine which one. (make a default scan and using view options find the data - voltages and currents). Old invetrers can have a problem with burnt path on PCB (under big capacitors. Then you can feel the smell- especially after long scans.
(3) AMS - Anode Motor Starter. Just replace.
