I'm having problem whith a somatom plus 4.
the sistem not reset, log error reply "not flash ok" and PTV firmware no inicialize".
I thing the problem are on D702 or firmware D333, but it´s possible reload firmware or I need change the board.
I also need the adv service manual.

I know about GE a lot, but siemens very little.
My question is how i do to reload FW.
I have key service this equipament.

try to reload the FW first.
If the PTV is old, you need to replace it with the PTH
