Problem with Burdic quest spacelabs treadmill touch screen

Hi everybody,
I have a problem with burdick spacelab treadmill. The touch screen is not responding when I touch it. Then I try to calibrate it. Then the calibration procedure is not complete and the pretest does not appear. Can anybody tell me to fix this problem? I don't need the touch screen, but the main problem is how to call the pretest screen.

I think you are going to have to call Quinton for the technical help you need on the Quest system. These systems are fine until you have a problem and it seems for us, anyway, that we wind up being advise to replace the computer for every problem. Feel free to contact us if you wish.

I hear the information that we must attach a monitor with working touchscreen and calibrate it than the pretest will appear again. may you tell me another way to fix this problem,

Hi everybody,
