Dear Technicians
i have got the AGFA ADC SOLO 5155/100
first my problem started with failed hard drive i changed it with a SCSI 80 pin with adapter went with the floppy disks everything went fine the machine booted
after that i found that i restored the configuration file
finally i inserted the cassette to test it first i get that the calibration data is not found i pressed ok to continue
the machine took the cassette
then i got this error service 24332
i opened the right cover to see what happened what i can say the film gets stuck between the rolls while the machine tries to move it to the left after taking it down
if any one could help or provide me with the manuals it would be grate

Did you install the backup floppy that has the backup of the machine specific data and the CPF file for the digitizer. That disk includes the cal data. tghe error code says that the for centering is not working properly/still covered. Interference with LB GS730, make sure LB has protective covering in place. Also check that the plate type is correct. Hope this helps some.

is this a software or mechanical problem?

I would think software since you just reloaded the software but as a precaution i would look at the sensor just to be sure.
