The systems tries to boot and almost at the end ask you for a license " HW ID 0x000C4CD0 SW License There is no valid license on this system Enter a vald key"
I wrote the serial number of the system without any luck. They told me that recently somebody brought some discs and try to load sfw and since then the system is like that. They do not have any sfw disc at all in the site. can you help me with this problem?

Open the back plastic cover and check for licence key. There is shoud be label with s/n and 5 x 5 digit/letters key.

The dongle is working just fine since the system knows the hardware ID off of the dongle. The problem is when you reload software it erases your option keys. Those keys should of been printed off before reinstalling software. If you do not have the option keys saved somewhere, you can call GE with the serial number of the system and they can look up those option keys.
