the keyboard throws me the following error
keyboard: unrecognized scancode (64), the keyboard is well connected, with the light on, I can not reload

try first to use a normal computer keyboard and boot the system and see to evaluate the situation
the computer keyboard should working
if not there is a problem at a BIOS setting

the USB keyboard will only work for the Windows software part of the system, for the ultrasound software you need to use the regular control panel because of its drivers

probe with usb keyboard and it works without problem, but when the system starts it stops working the usb keyboard

voluson keyboard normally is not a USB keyboard
it is PS2 type so its better to try external PS2 keyboard
