POC 140 3.0 software issue

Installed 3.0 original CD software on a new laptop running windows 7. When I try to log in to software it states no license. I look in devices and it shows no issue with poc 140 and dongle key.Is there some updated driver needed? I called Kodak they said they did not know what is wrong and could not help the service tech told me to call Genesis. All software when loaded said it loaded correctly.

Okay then as Anthony stated try running it in Windows XP compatibility mode if still not functioning upgrade to 3.2

As far as I know V3.0 basic is not compatible with windows 7. Try running in capability mode and you will need at least service pack 7 or upgrade to V3.2

capability mode did not work. Looking through the Kodak service updates when you go to 3.2 it states that you have to update your WIBU key through Carestream and they charge you, do you know anything about that?
