I have a problem with the same equipment. This consist on the exposure is low in the panoramic even applying the technic more high and the result is the image doesn't see. But in the cephalometric the image is good. you have some idea what to happening

when i try to make exposure in the begining from the expousure i get Err33, can you help me also with this?? thank you

First control the rotating part cable harnes (part 00050860), then control and clean the contacts on fuses in the tube generator bord.

Replace the cassete. In the cassete is phosphorus, it loose the power.
