Regards, I have a phillillps ultrasound model iu22, the software is damaged, it appears on the screen "the system not complete initializaction" error code 516 a cmd console screen appears with several errors, someone can help me with the software for this equipment, thank you in advance.

If you wish to reload the SW, 1st you must rescue the L.O. File from the system. Since the SW isn’t loading properly, you must extract the HDD and explore it in order to retrieve the file itself. You will recognize it because it contains the machine’s CHIP ID number on it (it’s an XML file).
Once you have that, you could perform a SW reload BUT, you also have to provide the Cart type of this system (a, b, c, d, e, f or g) and if possible the SW version you got in there.
Then, after the SW reload process finishes, you must have a Philips service access code in order to insert the . XML file, you rescued before, into the system.
