I have a problem with the workstation. I noticed one thing. When all boards has been removed (image processor, etc.) of a computer motherboard the system boots normally. After installing them back will not boot and we can not save or open a picture from the second disk partition. Do you know if that is the reason?

Sorry, but i don't know how to fix it.
Service manual says:
"*Error 253 occurs when the system does not boot fully and displays the "system error
#253" message. This message is associated with a loss of serial communication.
If an error message, such as "system error 253 at 0000:01F0" is displayed, the numbers
indicate the memory location where software detected the error.
