Can anybody help with a problem that I have with an OEC9600 C-Arm.
FAULT CONDITION: Boot up stops at 8 squares (it keeps trying to boot up by highlighting squares but always stops at only 8).
The Monitor Trolley seems to function OK in stand alone mode.

Your problem is SRAM or HArd disk.

I have a problem with the start of the program oec 9600 on the screen I get a strip of squares in the upper left corner and a slider.

Also could be possibly bad capacitors on the backplane...
