No reference position - halotron, calibrating, disassembly?

Hello.
I have a problem with probe RAB4-8L for VOLUSON V730.
The error i get is "MotCtrl: No Reference Position signal!......"
I took of the body and replaced halotrons (Original honeywell) and tried to fix the position of one magnet/halotron (the bottom one).
Still the same.
The head with crystals go only to half of its "capabilities".
I dont want to disassebly if i dont have to (to fix this problem).
If you have some knowledge about repairing this probes and help me i will be happy to help you with others repairs, softwares, manuals etc.
