During system start up on MX8000 CT, Gantry can not turn on, it turns on but immediately turns off several times at the end keeps off

I already checked control signal on slipring but looks ok

Operator reports a sound on PDC, during Scan , and I just found F8 tripped. I reset it, but Gantry does not turn on yet, I already checked e-sw, MCU, are ok
what is the error thst you hae at the error log, this is important, this means that the mcu has find some problem on the machine can be some thing simple or a board, fan not working, where are you located???
Please, copy the complete error code, like E MCU 00 XX XX XX, so I can give you more information.
The sync problem is a product of the incomplete boot.
The control signals from/to the rotating part of the gantry are transferred
via a slipring interface.
Noisy or defective data transfer from ACU D513 to MCU D301. Noisy environment. EMC interference.
Please, check and Test signal path and slipring interface with control data transmission test

Check the e-stops. Check the safety switchs.
Check at the MCU there is no in service mode, and the manual brakes are off.

Check the switchs a side the MCU. There are a few switchs thats manage the heat exchangers fan, the dehumidifer, etc.

im located in texas, the best and faster way is to conect the computer to the mcu and will read the exact error and fix it fast send me email
