My customer just installed a DPX IQ and run his first QA tests. The unit did not pass the AIR COUNT LOW KeV and the AIR COUNT HIGH KeV tests.
He got a Photons count of 209.281 and 359.197 which he has been told is about half of what it should be. I would appreciate someone's help with calibration instructions to solve these probles. I can forward to you the DPXS.mbd QA history file from the unit showing these problems. Thanks for your help. arilaufer@att.net
I would venture to say that there was a problem in placement of the QC phantom. Make sure you are shooting through the nylon circle first and not through the brass. Also these systems seem to be really touchy about the exact location of the QC phantom in the rectangle. If you need the manual please let me know.
