Hello everyone, I have a DUO systems, run QA and all tests PASS, but ligth sent RED. Reviewing QA trend graphics Low ma ratio is low.
It is possible move the lower scale of that graph?
What does represent that value?
Any tip to test?
I will glad if someone could help me on it.
You may have tube or detector that is on its way out (if it hasn't failed completely already). I would start by resetting the QA Means and attempt another QA.
I would also suggest emailing us a QA printout and the QA trend graphs to info@dexasolutions.com. Once we have that we can provide some further advice.
