LOGIQ 700 boot-up problem

hello

I have a Logiq 700 expert Model 46-312100G1, Manuf: 1995 Version: V1 (class1) , and it doesn’t start. Only the software logo appears in the monitor (logo (LOGIC 700)), and below the screen appears the number R 6.5.

Can please some one help me?
