Hi, Leo! Have you tested the main monitor (plug an external VGA source as a Laptop to see what it happens). Did you mean that the US image is being displayed at 5 inches monitor? If so, the touch screen is the second monitor (auxiliary) and it's being considered as primary. Check all this first prior to suspect VIC board. Help this helps, take care, God Bless. MAC.

I have GE Logiq 5 with no patient exam displays on the monitor but showing on touch screen LCD. Is it the VIC card defective?
