Kinetec 5190 Ankle CPM Error Codes

I have 2 Kinetec Ankle CPMs with ERR 11 in the display. I had only one but as of today, I have a 2nd one with this error. Both CPMs worked fine while in the patient's homes but upon return, when being cleaned and inspected, they seem to have developed ERR 11. I'm so disgusted because the manufacturer really is not cooperative when it comes to assisting in Error explanation and possible corrective measures. I think it's a ploy simply to get end users to send in for repair. Does anyone know what ERR 11 is for a 5190 Ankle CPM or even better yet, have a list if all or most of the error codes for the 5190 Ankle CPM. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

No, I do not know what that code is. I do service CPM machines and other PT Equipment. I can check it out for you and let you know the price before I repair if you like.

COULD BE A POWER SUPLLY PROBLEM.
COULD BE A HAND CONTROLER CONN. PROBLEM.
COULD BE THE MAIN CONTROL BORAD. IN THE PAST IT WAS ALLWAYS A MAIN CONTOL ISSUE. I HAVE THE MANUELS FOR THIS CPM . IF YOU WOULD LIKE A COPY EMAIL ME AT.
