Error 606 means Host and SIP computers can not communicate. What cart level is your system? possible causes for carts A,B and C: firewire cable, Dolphin IPl cards and cable, Sip motherboard, battery, memory, HDs or software on SIP computer. You may need reinstall software on Host and SIP.

Try to replace CABLE, IPL BUS p/n 453561182711A. It connect two computers.
