HPsonos 2500 suddenly start hanging when using it and its display this error code on the monitor
K0628/00.00 K010 CRST key processor error.RT:C9. Drawing state machine failure.
Please I urgently need assistance on how and what to do to make the machine work.

@marko I did runtime test several times in the last few day before it finally completed two days ago.now its works yesterday and only brought out these errors at inception

That was why I couldn't send the mail to you yesterday.i have turn it on this morning and its worked. But I want you to know that this below is the initial error when the machine started displaying errors,
