MRP5000 won't boot MD or FD
I have replaced
1112693A MPU2 PCB .
1115800A SCSI FD PCB
111580lA COMFD PCB
Staus code hex B3
Try to boot basic MPU floppy a no go
I have replaced the hard disk and the problem has been resolved and I want to thank all who responded, I would still like to know why I couldn't boot the FD drive even though the hard drive was bad.I would think that you can remove the hard drive from system and boot to the FD since they are on a different SCSI Buss.

B0 means "disk not ready" either because of disk drive problem or the disk itself. retry many times or try to clean the disk drive
