Hello! We have put a controller Gentry BRILLIANCE CT 16-Slice. Whenever we turn it on it does not start but on the screen there appears the image of the keyboard and the sign to turn the switch on. All the stop buttons are locked, key is in the ON position. But there is no power coming to the controller. Could somebody advise how to turn off the keyboard and engage the device.
By "controller", do you mean CT Box? If you do. Check that you have the CT Box connected on the right spot behing the computer. There are 2 connections behind the console PC where this can connect to. Make sure you connect it on the one that says "Stargate" on it. Maybe that's why your not getting power to the CT Box or a response when you turn the key on.
you have power in to the spindle block????
the numbers on the 2 sides of the gantry are on???, there are many questions call me at 5203436343 we have worked with brilliance 40 slice is the same gantry and computer...

2. Gantry only turning up with the PC User of Philips_service.
3. We cannot make any scan
4. We can see the IRIS image file but we cannot process it.
also in the CT application show that licence key has expired but,
i have the licence key and already entered to Philips_service username
