Regards, please help, we have a Ge Vivid 3 ultrasound that has the damaged software, we have access to its files, there is some way to rescue the licenses and know what software version it has, when starting the computer it gives an error cant load mux board, please help, thanks in advance, sincerely ing.lauragc@hotmail.com

Licenses are stored in LPT HASP dongle - can't be lost in most cases
Software version can be see via path C:\Dolphin\init\Dolphin.ini
The wrong type MUX might be set in
D:\Dolphin\Init\DolphinHWCfg.ini
